Nurse Ree is a Registered Nurse, healthcare educator, patient advocate and founder of PRACC, a nurse-led consulting and education organization committed to advancing safety, education and professional standards across the post-surgical recovery industry.
With more than 23 years of nursing experience and an extensive background in clinical care, education, patient advocacy, and healthcare leadership, Nurse Ree brings a unique perspective to the rapidly evolving world of post-surgical recovery. Her work is centered on one belief: sae healing begins with education, strong systems, and accountable leadership.
Through PRACC, Nurse Ree works along two interconnected paths.

She equips post-operative recovery home owners, recovery specialists, healthcare professionals, and emerging organizations with education, compliance guidance, operational systems, quality-improvement strategies, and survey-readiness resources designed to strengthen the delivery of safe, professional recovery services.
For Patients:
She promotes pre-operative preparation, post-operative education, recovery self-advocacy, early recognition of complications, mental wellness and informed decision-making so individuals can become active participants in their own healing journey.

As an educator, Nurse Ree is passionate about transforming clinical experience into practical education that p[rofessionals can apply in real-world settings. As an advocate, she works to raise awareness about gaps in the post-surgical recovery industry and encourages higher standards of safety, accountability, and professional responsibility.
Her vision for PRACC extends beyond consulting. She is building an education and leadership platform designed to help shape the future of post-surgical recovery through professional training, compliance education, quality improvement, patient advocacy, and the development of the PRACC Safe Healing Standard.
