Postoperative Recovery House Services

Compliance isn’t about making your business harder – it’s about making recovery safer.

PRACC offers practical, nurse-led education that helps you build safer systems, stronger teams, and better patient outcomes. We provide compliance audits on-site, supported by zoom conferences.

We educate post-operative recovery specialists and owners/managers of postoperative recovery houses through a phased training schedule. We focus on

Safe-healing principles

Professional standards

Emergency preparedness

Patient advocacy, and

Compliance best-practices

Phased Compliance Training

First is a scheduled discovery call. This call may last an hour and there is no charge for the call.  After determination of the postoperative recovery house needs, PRACC will quote a price for any one (or multiple) of the following tiered trainings.

Each Tier has the components of written documentation as well as on-site or zoom education appointments.

Tier I – Policies and Procedures

Outline of How To Run a postoperative recovery house

Tier 2 – Training for LVN, RN, Recovery Aide, and Transportation Aide

Tier 3 – Emergency Escalation Procedures (Early Recognition)

Tier 4 – State Compliance

This is a review of State requirements:  Texas, Florida or Georgia

In addition, PRACC offers an annual refresher education course to ensure policies, procedures, and best practices are still in place.
